Dr Nilesh Patel has been the Principal of Colindale Dental for over 25 years. He graduated with honours with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Kings College London in 1985.
Dr Patel went on to complete MFGDP exams gaining the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental faculties by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He also completed his diploma in post graduate studies (DPDS) at the University of Bristol where he was awarded the Marsh-Midda Prize for outstanding academic achievement in Periodontology.
Dr Patel has also gained a distinction in his Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice and has been awarded an MSc in Conservative Dental Practice from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute UCL in London.
He has also been a Foundation Dental Trainer for over 24 years which entails teaching and training of newly qualified dentists.
Dr Patel regularly attends courses and conferences both in the UK and internationally, as part of his commitment to continuing professional education. His interests are in all aspects of dentistry, but particularly complex restorative care and cosmetic dentistry.
The Nilesh is married, and has two children. When not at the practice, you can probably find him on the Golf Course or spending time with family and friends.
